All boarders, horses in training and lessees interested in competing and / or improving their skills are under the guidance of Tim Sullivan. His philosophy of horsemanship takes the rider beyond just riding in the show ring.
Since all horses are different, emphasis is placed on adapting the rider to the individual horse or pony so as to bring out the best in both.
Our training programs are combined with reading materials and videos that aid the students’ progress. Oakland Hills Farm’s school instructors provide the students with the proper basics necessary for advanced riding, and for competition if so desired.
